PUSH took on the formidable task of building 5-10 person sales teams to work all home games for a number of NFL and College football teams for our client, All Pro Classics. The task included recruiting, training, booking and managing all of the Team Leads and the Brand Ambassadors through the 2016-17 season. We started by creating a training webinar and video to ensure best practices on-site. From there, we recruited the Team Leads in each market and trained them on the positions.

In the end, we staffed over 150 games for NFL teams including the Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Chargers, Baltimore Ravens, Atlanta Falcons, Cincinatti Bengals and the Tennessee Titans. We also staffed for NCAA football teams including Michigan State, Utah, Cal, Ole Miss, Colorado, Colorado State and LSU in addition to bowl games such as The Orange Bowl, Rose Bowl, Citrus Bowl, Peach Bowl and more. The end result was a season with over 2.25 million in sales of sports memorabilia, and a great campaign overall.
